Storage after elimination

You liquidated the company and do not know what to do with the documents? Where to store the rest of the documents of the company and how to get the archive certificate for removal of the company from the register?

Ukrainian Archival Company provides services of receiving the deposit of documents of liquidated companies.

Transfer of documents and the subsequent use of documentation of the liquidated enterprise provided in the act, by ordering or by decision of the liquidation. The decision about the further fate of the documents is taken by the management of company which is being liquidated, before passing the liquidation committee. Besides, funding should be provided for these works - ordering, early adoption and subsequent storage of documents. All these costs are provided in the budget commission established to reorganize or liquidate the institution.

Transfer of documents to the liquidation commission is issued by transfer certificate, which contains information on all transfer documents, including documents of permanent storage, personnel, documents, temporary storage period.

Transfer of documents of the liquidated enterprise to the archive is the responsibility of the liquidation committee. In this case, the contract with the company-keeper, must be specified about the order of destruction of documents after the time period of storage has elapsed.
